- BWBecca White2 days ago1.0Worst service ever! The lady on the speaker is completely rude and beyond mad that she is working. Started off with what do you want and the attitude kept getting worse. She did not wear a name tag so we couldn’t get a name. Not a single person in the entire line from the time we pulled up and only one person came through the entire time we were there after us. She moved us forward and had us wait 10 mins came out, passed our car swinging the food, headed to the other peoples car first and handed them their bag then walked back to our car that was by the door she exited out of to begin with. Held the food by the window without saying a word and walked off.

I was fine with that how ever I wanted Mac n cheese and mashed potatos with gravy. I was told they didn't have Mac n cheese or mashed pototatos because they did not have gravy. (You'd think they could make the gravy while I wait that time for my chicken to cook. I was not informed if they ran out or not oh well) When I was ordering they told me to pick two sides not 3 and the limited options I just went with double coleslaw. When I got up to the window the girl at the window said I had 3 sides with the meal. I asked her what do you have and she had an attitude like I was being inconvenient and said just dirty rice and stared at me like I should make up my mind on the spot. At this point I felt uncomfortable so i canceled my order and went to Popeyes in Hixson where they had chicken ready with no wait and all the sides avalable. Anyways, I love bojangles chicken. This is my first time going to this location that is closer to my house. Shame I may not come back due to the attitude of the service and lack of prepaired food items I wanted to order. From my understanding they close at 10 pm not 9. Or 8:30 and should have items still avalable. I would have understood if items were out of stock but they failed to give me a reason and just made me and my fiancé uncomfortable.

We changed our order to what they supposedly had made. After paying we were told it was going to be 15 minutes for food because they were out of biscuits. We asked for a refund at that point. The staff became very argumentative at that point and did not want to issue a refund. Their excuse was it's lunch time and ordering five biscuits was a big order. We were told to expect to wait if were going to order "so much food" during lunch. When did ordering five biscuits become a big order for a chain? Shouldn't there be plenty of fresh food at lunch? We will definitely not be back!
