My mom went to go pick up for us and they told her I needed to cancel the order because they couldn’t make it. It wasn’t even a custom cake, it was the chocolate peanut butter cookie cake that was a premade option on the website. Such poor customer service and very unhelpful people that work here. They couldn’t even pick up the phone this morning and call to inform me I would need to order something else or cancel the order sooner instead of waiting until someone is at the store for a pick up. They could have at least offered an alternate option in my opinion. My mom asked how to cancel and the woman just said “I don’t know”. Literally all she said. Now I have to go through the customer service online and wait days for a response to get a refund because they also did not know how to cancel it on their end. Very disappointing experience and poor service.
