I’m appalled at the fact I paid $10 for a freaking cheese steak sandwich and 3 girls at the drive thru and I get a sandwich that’s not warm not hot I mean bone cold!!! The one tone of the month I go get a sandwich out and disappointment isn’t the word!

I recently discovered the Greek Gyro (Turkey). It is divine! Ive had half a dozen in the lady month. I decided to sign uo for the loyalty program and tried to redeem my "free sandwich with an order over $5 but neither of the three cashiers could figure it out before the coupon timed out." Once I got back to the car I noticed that you could reactivate the coupon... but as the customer is shouldn't be the one to figure it out. One lady tried to be helpful (and wasn't) the other tried to get me to order a different sandwich and became disinterested (snotty?) when I said ir shouldn't matter what the qualifying sandwich was as long as it wad over $5. To make matters worse the manager was visible... theoretically I could have co.plai ed and asked to speak to the manager.
Really disappointing.

Mobile order placed at 5pm didnt recieve until 527pm. Was not busy inside. Us, one door dash and one inside order. Very unorganized. More worried about drive thru although they knew we was already there for our order. App said would be done by 506.

I have made two order in the last week. Both in the app. The first time I ordered, when my husband went to pick it up, the staff didn't want to give him the food. They wanted his phone and when he went to get his phone out of the car the lady very rudly called him back to j"ust get it because she didn't have time to debate with him." The second time I ordered, they gave me the wrong sandwich and said that they will not fix it for me, I had to do it on the app. I have searched and searched, there is nowhere on the app to get my correct order. I love Arby's but due to rude and uncaring staff, I'll have to find somewhere else. I PAID for my food and I should get what I pay for. I'm so upset at this place.
