I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews, so for me to leave one it's super bad. Me and my 2 teens went in around 4 pm. No garbage can in the woman's rest room, which was inconvenient for one of my teens. There was filth all over the front counter dirty spots, and also all over in the beverage area. The tables were also very dirty. We ordered our food and sat down. Us and a couple waited for quite some time. I didn't mind because I figured the food would at least be fresh. I was wrong. All of our food was cold and looked and tasted old. It looked like the cheese was microwaved onto the bread or something. The meat was cold. The sandwich was cold the meat looked old it was odd. The cheese sticks texture looked like/ tasted like they were reheated in the microwave or something. The cobbler roll up was disgusting. It tasted very weird. The crews demeanor seemed careless and unfriendly. I was not even given a tray for dine in. They just sat our food right on the counter.

The young man behind the register told me they stopped selling fish after Easter even I just told him I had a fish sandwich last week. I think he either needs to be trained and brought up to date with what is on the menu or he just didn’t wanna bother with it. I’m not sure. I hardly see cars here anymore and I usually use the drive-through which has a couple of ladies That are very pleasant and polite. This was my first trip inside the lobby. There’s no music, the energy is very dead. There’s no talking. I couldn’t even tell there were people back there except I could see the tops of their heads. There’s no energy. It’s just not a pleasant experience to dine in.

On May 11th at around 7:15pm, went in and not only wasn't greeted at all the guy Clarence running the register rolled his eyes an when I asked him how big the bbq bowl was and then when I asked if certain fries came with the Meat and 3 he basically hatefully told me what I could get, and then the bbq bowl didn't have the crispy onions, and the only thing fresh really in my order was the lettuce n tomato..would have asked for my money back but I felt as if I had already made the cashier mad just for placing n order!!! Would honestly like to have my money back not only for the food but for the awful awful customer service...im a fast food manager myself and I was baffled by this service!!!!!!
