  First time ever having 7 Brew! I went to this new location & I gave it 5 stars! Service was friendly & fast. I tried a new coffee, it was absolutely delicious. Easy to pull into & leave.. I will definitely be going back!

  Everyone is ALWAYS so great!! My experience is better each time I come🥰. Friendly faces and smiles and great conversation to help with trying new things, no matter which location I visit!

  me and my girlfriend went to get a coffee about 20 minutes before they closed. i ordered a decaf and while this girl was taking our order she slams her hand on my girlfriends car and walks away, looks at us, goes into the shop and starts yelling to her coworker knowing good and well we can hear her and goes “OF COURSE! DECAF OF COURSE!” as we pull up to the window to get our drink she’s in there yelling about how she isn’t chill and wants to go home and proceeds to give us our drink and say not a single word…. tall girl, brown hair, didn’t catch her name. You work at a coffee shop, and then you get mad when someone gets a coffee they are paying for?

  Very disappointed with my experience at 7 Brew today. I specifically came in because of the September 7 promotion and spent around $40 on drinks. After purchasing everything, the manager told me they would not give out the promotional item. That was extremely frustrating. The promotion was part of the reason I chose to come to 7 Brew and purchase that many drinks. If the promotional items were unavailable or this location wasn't honoring the promotion, that should have been communicated BEFORE I spent $40, not afterward. I didn't have time to stand there and argue with the manager, so I left, but the experience definitely left a bad impression. I don't expect something for nothing—I made a qualifying purchase because of an advertised promotion and expected the promotion to be honored or, at minimum, to be told before placing my order that it wouldn't be.
