  A top notch Sonic. Sonic lovers know that not all Sonics are created equal, but this one isn't equal either, it's above. The place was seriously busy, almost zero stalls open. We grabbed a spot, placed our order for 3 people's meals (all different of course) and the clerk said, "We'll have it out as soon as we can." Less than 10 minutes we had some of the freshest most flavorful Sonic food, I've had in years. I don't eat at Sonics in Nebraska anymore because of the great decline but this place gave me hope. You can still get the food you remember and love. I had a chili cheese coney, tots and an iced tea. They didn't forget the salt or ketchup. there wasn't more ice than drink. The hot dog was juicy, the chili warm, cheese plentiful and the onions fresh. Crispy tots and refreshing tea. Chapel Hill is probably out of the way for many, but if you're in the area, this Sonic is tops.

  It would be better to remove the drive-thru if the speaker system isn’t maintained properly. It makes ordering very difficult.

  I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Amber! At 6:45 in the morning, my day had already not started well and she was already greeting customers with an exceptional attitude and a smile. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive energy truly stood out. Amber was incredibly quick in the drive thru attentive, and communicated everything clearly while still making me feel valued and welcomed. It’s rare to come across someone who provides that level of service so early in the day, but she made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
