  Terrible burger had to have been cooked for hours fries nasty . I will not be trying that again yuk.

  The fries were really salty but the rest was good. They for some of my order and I had to return again

  Might as well never order through the app—always have to wait 15+ minutes after checking in and/or calling the store, because they haven't even started the order yet. Order is ALWAYS wrong and/or missing at least one item, and good luck getting it fixed quickly, if at all. One carhop likes to argue that you're wrong about what you ordered. Employees are frequently sitting outside on their phones while several customers are waiting. My family and I have only had negative experiences here.

  Did an online order and when we arrived to pick up we had to to wait 30mins. There was only 2 or 3 cars there besides us and they were getting served even if they arrived after us. When my food finally came it was cold and had clearly been sitting out for a while.
