Just off the lobby of the historic Hotel Walton, Hull is a celebration of Southern food, Tennessee agriculture, and the people who have shaped this region for generations.
Named in honor of Cordell Hull, the Tennessee statesman, Nobel Peace Prize recipient, and longtime U.S. Secretary of State, Hull draws inspiration from the same sense of place and purpose that defines the Hotel Walton. Our kitchen takes a chef-driven approach to Southern fare—rooted in familiar flavors, shaped by the seasons, and prepared with a respect for where our food comes from.
