  Pre ordered on phone waited the alloted 20.minutes. I am guessing the young man working ALONE. had prior customers, had to wait for order to be ready. WHY would you have someone working alone on a sunday!, and the lady in line prior to me had 3 separate orders all with separate coupons. WHY is this allowed. Its rude. Thankfully the young man made her wait while he made my sammys. And why do you not put enough meat on the sammys, skimpy..

  I believe it could be a little cleaner but the sandwich was good. It was hard to hear the lady beside the shield. Love the coupon...3 for less than $20.

  Felt so sorry for them. They all seemed new. Got 2 foot long meatball subs. Both subs only had 4 meatballs a piece. They were not heated. Had to throw in microwave when I got home. They were friendly, but had no clue what they were doing. Not sure we will go back anytime soon.
