I recently purchased from them at night and my food was lacking BiG TIME. I ordered and wait for it to be prepared. Was even five min late picking up and still they told us we had to wait on a pizza to be made. (Did they give it away or drop it) As we were starving I didn't check the food just brought it home. One pizza (the one I assume were waiting on) was undercooked. Way under par, the new sandwich they're advertising there's nothing on them! It wasn't just the type I purchased because I got two. (See pictures) That's supposed to be cheese not the meat😳 haven't they heard of putting it in the oven half way? A new quality control person is very needed.

This store will leave door dash food sitting on the side, done and ready and tell me that it still has 5-10 more minutes and this is happening frequently. They are making sure to keep the orders longer on door dashers as I watch them keep the order ready and act like they don't see them and then when I say something they give me the food right away. This is a problem and needs to be fixed immediately!! This happens to much to be a mistake as they keep saying sorry and I'm watching them. They act like there is more to the order as they make me wait and there is nothing else to the order and they hand it to me as if I don't notice. Ridiculous!
