This review is about Papa Johns, not this particular location. They handled the order quickly and correctly so no problems with the folks there. But I guess since getting rid of the "Papa" they've gone cheap cheap CHEAP on their ingredients. The crust is awful now, the toppings have a weird taste, the bell peppers were nearly raw and bitter. Very very different from the last time I ate Papa Johns a couple years ago. Decided to try their pan pizza too, it was close to inedible. The crust is hard chewy somehow difficult to bite through and have to chew a long time to break it down. And the oil it was cooked in tasted old or artificial/rank somehow. Add Papa Johns to a long line of restaurants who are ruining our food. Good for the waistline I suppose but bad for the wallet and palate.

They just need to close that place. How you gonna have one poor girl working by herself on a college game day. Over an hour wait even when the app tells you 20 minutes. Maybe it's a sign. Pizza has been horrible lately

I either got a selfish delivery driver today or you need to pay your delivery employees better so they won't crumple up your cash tip along with a signed receipt in your yard!! I got a delivery order worth $40 for lunch for me and my boyfriend so I decided to tip $10 cash for the driver which I thought took the tip only to find hours later in my driveway the receipt crumpled up with my $10!! I reviewed my security camera to see if the delivery lady dropped it accidentally. NOPE! She looked at the dollar along with the receipt I signed crumpled both up and tossed it and drove off. Now I feel bad and cheap for even tipping $10 even though it's over 20% tip!! This was a Papa Johns employee not a DoorDash or Uber eats driver. Not sure if the driver was expecting at $20 tip from me but still $10 is plenty for a $40 order. Food overall was okay but did forget the garlic butter for my pizzas

Both pizzas had issues. The crust felt and tasted like it was 3 day old leftovers that were microwaved to death. There were 4 pepperonis and 9 pieces of sausage with very little cheese on the medium pizza that was supposed to have had extra cheese. The other small pizza had huge chunks of onion and pepper instead of sliced. I had 5 mushrooms stacked on one slice and one mushroom on one other slice. Otherwise no mushroom. I ordered 3 cheese blend and it was nonexistent. I also didn't appreciate the 3-4 inch hair in my first slice. Papa John's used to built on "quality ingredients, made fresh" as it says on the box, but it seems that quality has gone to sh**. Our plott hound only wanted the sausage. He didn't want the crust, cheese etc... it took 3 of our dogs 30 seconds to eat a 2" piece of crust when it normally takes .002 second.

Ordered a Extra cheese pizza with light sauce and well done. Came to pick ot up and it's covered in sauce and hardly any cheese. Talked to them and they offered to remake it. On the second one, the crust isn't fully cooked and the cheese is only in the very center with holes all over uncovered. This isn't the first time we've had issues. They used to have amazing pizzas, but they have just went down hill.
