  Parked me, left me waiting over 15 mins, gave my food to the care next to me, I watched that car pass the bag around opening everything, then gave it back and the McDonald's employee was going to Tru and give it to me. Um, no. I got a refund minus the donation I made to the Ronald house and left without food. Also shame on that car, thet knew it wasn't theirs. They literally ordered a chicken sandwich, I ordered 9 sandwiches for the pups at the shelter...

  I ordered on DoorDash on May 8th, 2026 upon arriving to my residence we noticed that the dasher did not have the correct bag. in fact the bag was not even labeled with a name. We got instead of our $35 order was greeted by a dissected double quarter pounder with only extra pickles. We attempted to call the Doordasher and they did not answer. We then tried to get a refund and DoorDash refused. Workers need to verify the order name and items before handing it to the dasher. Very disappointing that I got robbed of $35 for something so absurdly wrong. This is not the first time that this McDonalds has messed up our order

  i used to have bad experiences with this mcdonalds in particular but whoever put together my plain triple cheeseburger at 12:30 am needs a raise🙏

  My fries & big arch burger were both cold, the burger sauce was not even spread, it was all on one corner & my Vanilla ice coffee had NO vanilla! Enough said...

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Placed an order at the kiosk inside, no one else waiting by the way, and waited 20 minutes for someone to pack just my bag of food. I finally get my bag and I am told it'll be another 10 minutes for my pie, because no one bothered to start cooking one. The manager couldn't even be bothered to help because all she cared about was clearing orders in the drive through. I know this because 3 minutes after I placed my order she cleared it from the screen and ignored me standing there. She cleared the screen to make sure her time wasn't affected. Not once did she step in to help get my order ready, only saying a few words to the person slowly getting my order. I had to ask for my drink cups after I got my food cause they weren't given to me. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my life. I'll recommend anyone and everyone avoid this specific McDonald's with extreme prejudice. I didn't even get so much as a sorry from the manager, just a look of disgust at me being upset that I was waiting.
