  This review makes me sad. We have ate doughnuts at various locations including the original. We get Duck to celibrate and I walked out today. There were post it notes everywhere, empty displays, product outages, and they wanted you to use the kiosk. Please fix our celebration place.

  I have very little doubt that Duck Doughnuts is the next business to fail at The Pinnacle. I placed an online order at 7:10 for 7:45 pickup, it wasn't ready until 8:22. There was only one person working and she was possibly the least professional person I've ever encountered in a retail environment. She didn't even look up to acknowledge or greet customers as they came in, she moved at a glacial pace and acted like she would rather be anywhere in the world but there, at that particular time. If you can't run a business better than that you're going to fail, no matter how good your doughnuts are. 10/10 recommend that customers go somewhere else.

  This day was my first visit to Ducks. Moderate crowd of patrons. The reviews and recommendations are 100% spot on. I grew up in Krispy Kreme land. Duck Donuts put them to shame. But most importantly, the determination of the staff. Thea' was working solo today. She greeted every person that entered, remembered their order exactly. While preparing the orders, managed to engage each customer while their order was being prepared. Thus the additional wait was forgotten and everyone thanked her as they departed. Soooo if you find yourself reading my review. Quench that appetite and order a few dozen donuts there. Be sure to thank Thea' !! She needs a major raise for her devotion to work.

  Rating all three for how haven't tried yet, ordered through app said would be ready in 10-20 minutes been 25 not ready yet and still waiting...... Edit delicious and warm
