- CSChey SmayApr 30, 20261.0Made us wait forever to take our order, The lady(with pink and black split hair dye and a septum ring) who took our order was rude; I asked for extra seasoning in a cup and treated like that was a problem(again by the same worker); The employees had to be corrected by the manager on how their mood and behavior was out loud, but the food was full and the bottom of my fries tasted old and stale, but the top was fresh.. Definitely a bad experience! Also witnessed the same lady who was rude to us he rude to the next customers and have an attitude plus when we first walked in the guy in front of us literally said "You should just run for the hill. Awful service!"

I spent 15 mins in drivethru 5 of that setting at the window and never once spoke to a human to confirm my order was right. I never even got acknowledged at the window . I wanted to order a biscuit since AI ( wish version ) completed my order for me.

Then they hand you yesterday's hard biscuit and mashed potatoes which are hard as cement. They made it right once they were off their phones long enough to see someone was waiting at the counter.
