  Most lazy employees I’ve ever seen, no customers in drive thru yet took 7 minutes to come to the speaker. When they finally did he couldn’t comprehend anything we were saying. Then when I finally got to the window all of my order wasn’t even in there AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME FRYS lol it’s actually laughable thinking abt how lazy he was he didn’t wanna walk and grab a small fry.not to mention my roast beef was not even roast beef I don’t know what they put on that sandwich but that’s disgusting. Embarrassing and disgusting atmosphere.

  Today Arbys West State Street knocked it out of the park in every way! Our office was ordering lunch out and though they got chosen 2nd because the so called chicken place across the street refused to take a call in order, Melissa and her crew were all too happy to take care of us! She took every order separately. Bagged and marked each one with the name and every bag had sauce and napkins and a little note to say Thank you and have a good day! The young man even carried the box out for me! Top of the line service! Hospitality and kindness!! That is what will bring us back!! Thank you so much to this team for taking good care of ours!! 10 STARS!!!

  Dont expect your order to be fixed if they mess it up, and their hours arent correct

  Waited 10-15 for someone to take our order in the drive through (No customers inside and drive through line was empty beside us) $30 for 2 sandwiches and then sat in the drive through waiting for said food for another 30 min, do not recommend coming here if you wanna over pay for food and wast your entire lunch break.

  The staff here are Very welcoming and nice the food was fresh. The restaurant was clean and to beat it all they gave my dog a pup cup.! One of the best Arby’s visits I’ve had in a long time definitely will be my new go to location
