  Honestly, not a great experience. The manager was rude to us and especially to my sister and boyfriend. My sister had ordered cinnamon rolls, but they didn’t have them, and nobody offered a refund or even a replacement. Stuff sells out, so that’s not a huge deal, but the way everything was handled was frustrating. We just left feeling disappointed.

  The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was very clean. The burger was a little bland but the fries were very good. Great place for the whole family to enjoy.

  DO NOT GO HERE! I went through the drive through on my 2am lunch break I had to wait nine minutes to order so I drove around to the door where three young men were leaning on counters on their phones. I asked them how long was the wait. One replied “uuuhhhh there is no wait what u want”. I pulled off & ate chips for lunch

  The store is difficult to access from the road. The service is slow. I had to repeat my order 3 separate times, and it was just a numbered meal with a Coke. They kept entering the wrong size. The fries are basically under-salted McD's fries. The burger, while large in size, was dry and average at best. I don't see any reason to choose this over any other burger joint.

  I come here all the time and I’ve never experienced this type of horrible customer service in my life. Date: June 21, 2026 at 2:40am I parked in the lot near the drive-thru to place a mobile order. I spent over $37. A white woman, who looked like the manager, came out very aggressively and rudely asked what we were doing there. I told her I was placing a mobile order. But every few seconds she came back outside to stare at me, and she even sent an employee to get his bicycle and bring it inside like she thought I was going to steal it or something. Mind you , I simply parked in my car to place my mobile order and I was being considerate with the drive-thru line, so I didn’t pull in yet. I always do this and I’ve never had a problem before. I finally pulled up to the drive-thru because she wouldn’t stop coming outside. I said, “Since you’re rushing me, I’m picking up a mobile order for Janique.” She responded, “Since you’re being rude, I won’t serve you and I will call the police.” I worked in fast food for years including working for whataburger back in 2023, so I know with certainty, nothing I said was rude. I was just stating facts. I don’t know her name, but she was an older white manager that is working when I got there at 2:35. She approached me rudely first and made me feel like a criminal when all I was doing was placing an online order. She needs to work on her customer service skills. I’ve been a loyal Whataburger customer for 6 years and I come to this location very often because it’s near my home. This was my first time seeing her though and my first impression of her was very rude and was racial profiling.
