changing my review to 1 star
after today ordering the same order for four days in a row and the guy in the intercom could not understand me ordering EGGS..
he then had some girl get on the intercom and tell me they don't make orders of eggs.. the thing i ordered 4 days in a row..
they have lost my business for good and I will tell everyone I can to not go here..

manager said
'sure, we can do that..
we'll see you when you get here'
service was exceptional and eggs were great!

Ordered two orders of jr. Cheeseburgers, two with nothing on it ( meat and bread) and two regular. And the receipt SHOWS CLEARLY that the plain hamburgers were over 1.50 more for the ones with nothing on them and the two that were supposed to be regular (as is on the menu) were plain with just cheese?!!! Unreal

This is one of the worst Sonics I've eaten at in awhile. How you can make a BAD breakfast toaster is beyond me, but it happened. The bacon was dry and way over cooked the eggs darkened by a dirty grill and even the toaster was stale. When I got to the bottom of the tots the cup was covered in thick oil where they hadn't been drained properly, I threw all but a few away. I will say the order for to my car fast and the the picnic table area was clean.
Around 1:15 pm Sunday, Feb 1st, my daughter (a former carhop at this very Sonic many years ago) and I ordered about $35 worth of food, including three burgers.
The order taker was noticeably snippy and annoyed when she asked for a Jalapeño Burger and he said they didn’t have it, then grudgingly listed alternatives.
Food came to the car quickly, but when we got home we noticed one burger was missing. She returned, explained the issue, and clearly told them exactly what toppings and condiments she wanted on the replacement.
They brought it out. Got home again: plain patty on a bun—zero toppings, zero sauce.
After two trips, clear instructions, and $35 spent, we still received an incomplete and incorrect order the second time. The disregard for basic accuracy felt intentional.
This location provided consistently poor service: rude attitude, missing items, and a deliberately botched replacement. Unacceptable, especially for someone who once worked there and knows how it should be done.
I will not return and do not recommend this Sonic to anyone.
