I inquired about the availability of cinnamon rolls, before I made my purchase...and i think the young lady was trying to explain that they just don't offer them right now, for some reason I did not understand. I sat down and tried to enjoy my purchase...but simply just did not feel like it was a welcoming experience. Whoever runs this Krispy Kreme...how about training your employees to say upon entering..."Hi there, thanks for stopping in...how can we help you today?"...and after the customer pays...how about training your employees to say a simple "Thank you...and come again." Just by saying a welcome greeting...and also offering a simple thank you for your purchase...would sure make a world of difference...to each and every customer who enters the store.
