  Our 1st time in Nashville Tn... Del Frisco's Grille is top notch...perfect 👌 came from StL....we need this restaurant in the Lou. Darius our server..was awesome..he stays on pt.

  I visited delfrisco’s on yesterday and my service was horrible being that I visited the prior week for a birthday dinner anf spent $300 and my service was outstanding. I was highly disappointed this second visit with my server Katie. She was very dismissive but seemed to be so open and bubbly with her other tables outside that set a certain ethnic group. First she asked us did we want to start off with water. We stated yes, then she proceeds to say sparking or regular. We chose both. At no time did she let us know that it will be a $9 up charge or charge period for water that was very misleading. So imagine the shock when we all split our bills and she says where will the two bottle of waters go. I did let her know that she didn’t inform us about a charge for the water and she said nothing. No sorry, no compensation, no accountability on her end. Horrible customer service and people skills when it came to us. On top of that we asked her for a to go box and she never brung it. She passed us 4x and even looked at us and never came back to the table. I don’t know if she was intimidated by 5 beautiful black women or if she was new but how she treated us compared to other tables around us was horrible and I will never be back to this location.

  Alania was our server and so personable and wonderful she kept our water glasses filled and knew our names - great food! Complements to Alania and the chef!!!

  This has been a wonderful environment and great addition to brentwood since it opened. The food and the environment isn' make it a bit more upscale than most eateries in brentwood. Parking is not close but it works. The only issue I have here having eaten here. A number of times is, as others have stated, it is inconsistent. I've had the same dish two or three times and it comes out a bit differently each time, unfortunately not always at its best. The same is true of the service. Although friendly, they are often lacking a spark and or education about what they are serving. Otherwise, this would be a solid five star place to go.
