  Went in two days in a row (July 3 and 4) and was greeted with a smile, line looked super clean, food was fresh, vinaigrette was made correctly (I used to work there and the majority of the time I go to chipotle it doesn’t look right), and everyone was helping each other. I went to this location about a year ago and the experience was terrible. So keep up the good work.

  I’ve eaten at MANY different chipotles. My girlfriend and I are regulars. This one is the worst I’ve been to. We’ve given it multiple chances, but it disappoints every time. Tried for the last time today: Bowl was just bad. Rice was cold and dry, chicken has weird flavor and dry. Guac was extremely spicy. Save your 15 dollars and go to Chile Burrito across the street.

  Went in for lunch today, that thang was bomb. Got my food just the way I always like it. Something caught my attention though, it was a new employee being trained by another employee. As I entered the store and was greeting very kindly from the newest employee, I noticed the lady training her was giving her a rather disgusting look, as if she was annoyed to not only be training someone but to be training her. She asked me what rice and beans I wanted, got all that. We got to the protein and I asked for the honey chipotle chicken, straight pressure, and the new employee familiarizing herself with portion size gives me a scoop, not a heaping one, that honestly resembled the scoop from many years ago. The lady training the new employee wanted to interject and tell her, “no, too much.” Damage was done and she had already put the scoop in the bowl. The lady then looked at me and smiled as if she knew staying quiet was the better thing to do. I grabbed my food and very much appreciated the effort the new employee made in serving me today, she may have made a mistake in Chipotle standards, but made my day to be honest, big full guy now because of her. I think the lady who trained should gather some patience and understand that mistakes happen, especially if you’re new. Best believe I go back!

  We use Chipotle at our office for work events. For the past few months, this location has been consistent late on getting the food prepared. When calling the number attached to the store, I was sent to a corporate office that could only see what I see online. Poor customer service overall. We will look for other options for moving forward.

  Be standing in here for a whole hour waiting for an order but not once did any of the girls up front acknowledge me nor even kept me posted on the order. Its really sad how not one person can at least keep a customer informed on what's going on, still standing here as they look at you stupid going on an hour
