  Every time I come in the food is always so fresh and delicious. The service is amazing as well! I always feel so welcome no matter what time of day I come in! Love this place!!

  WOW!!!! I was having a really bad day and just stopped by to pick-up food to avoid cooking. I did not expect the level of service and care I recieved. Sweet T is such a sweetheart and so accommodating. I noticed the line getting a little longer, due to my larger order and the Manager came from the back to make sure the other customers didn’t have to wait as long. Really good job! Fast service as well. I will definitely make this a frequent stop.

  Bathroom was disgusting. They gave me the wrong bagel and there was barely any cream cheese.

  This used to be a great place. The line was always long. I should’ve known it had gone downhill when I walked in on a Saturday and nobody was there. I ordered the prosciutto breakfast sandwich. It was delicious and had plenty of meat on it. When I went back the next week, they Only put two thin slices of meat on it. When I took it up to the front, they didn’t offer to make it any better. Update from a separate visit, after the above visit, possibly before your team was notified … When I went back I ordered the same “prosciutto breakfast sandwich”, hoping it would be as good as the first one I received (with plenty of meat). I was told the team had been instructed to “only put two slices of prosciutto on the sandwich, and if I wanted more prosciutto in it, I would have to pay extra.”. I said, “Look at that picture (the advertisement they had posted of the prosciutto breakfast sandwich), that sandwich has much more meat on it than two slices. I was told, “That sandwich also has two eggs on it, if you want a sandwich that looks like that, we can change your order to have two eggs.” I replied, “I didn’t want two eggs. If I order the one with two eggs, how many slices of prosciutto will it have in it?” He said, “Two.” I said, “So, it still won’t look like the picture you have posted?” He said, “No, we were told to only put two pieces of prosciutto on the sandwich, if you want more prosciutto, you’ll have to pay for extra.” I was so disappointed, and could tell I was getting nowhere, so I just ordered (and paid for) the extra prosciutto. Another bad experience!
