  When you place a mobile order and it is wrong and you had about 5 bucks on extras then you don't even get them, it hits hard. No buffalo sauce, no jalapeño, they put mayonnaise and the wierd sauce I dislike. Did they look and say... Oh get the burger I already made and it will be okay. It sure feels this way. Glad I am not allergic to any thing. I tried to add the pictures of my burger with the order details but it wouldn't load it has invalid format. It is a standard picture of what inwanted on my burger and the things I didn't want side by side.

  We generally never have problems at Sonic but we use the app and it charged us twice for the food we ordered and never put in an order inside the restaurant so they couldn't give us any food at all but we got charged twice after we tried to call the customer service number we got hung up on twice so we gave up. The people inside the store said there was absolutely nothing they could do about it

  3 of us ate there and 2 of us was sick at our stomachs the next day. Service was horrible. Would not recommend.

  Their servers are great. Their menu is very confusing. It took a long time to try to figure out how to order of BLT. because it's not even on their menu. So they had me order a breakfast sandwich and modify it, minus the lettuce... pretty goofy, actually. And the bread was not toasted :( The atmosphere is okay, not spectacular. Oh, forget using the app, if you don't want to waste time.
