  Food was okay, as expected. Members of staff argued and bickered the entire time we were eating. Had chicken salad sandwiches. Had to go to counter to request napkins and forks. We are traveling. Expected a break to relax. Didn't happen. Miserable atmosphere. Would nevver stop there again.

  We were traveling and stopped at this location a few hours from home. I had their Yummy fish sandwich on my mind and my husband was going to get their burger deal. We we told that they don't have fish sandwiches right now, and they no longer offer burgers. Okay. So here we are, we don't want to drive to another fast food eatery in this unfamiliar town, so we settled for a reuben and fries... to go. We've enjoyed more than one delicious reuben at Arby's in the past. Not today. I told my husband if this had been my very first ruben , I would never ever order another. The only thing I could taste was the sauce, which was literally dripping out of every bite. The fries... tasted great!! However, the fry container was barely half full.

  Chicken salad is back! But apparently in limited supply. They ran out and then had no Arby's sauce.
