- TTToni Toni ToniDec 11, 20251.0Tried calling prior to submitting this review. Horrible experience, ordered delivery. Directions were not honored or followed for either sandwich. Both were not toasted. One sandwich I ordered stuffing and paid additional for it and it was not there. Had very little other toppings. The hotshot Italiano did not have the pepper jack cheese! I want a refund or a redo to make this right. Otherwise this rating stands.

- HHHaaalpJul 1, 20221.0I just got back from coming to this place and let me tell you, they should probably get an entirely new staff or shut down. The staff had a bit of an attitude, I in no way felt welcome. There was almost no bread left. And on my way out I had a horrible fall because no one bothered to put out a wet floor sign over the wet floor! Not only is that potential dangerous, but they are lucky as all hell I'm not likely to sue despite how many people are trying to talk me into doing so. Plus, something that I had noticed while I was on the ground was that their floor was super dirty.
