- JFJamie Fontenot2 days ago1.0I visited this Subway location today. The food itself was fine, but the service experience was extremely disappointing. I originally tried placing my order online so I could use a reward deal, but the system would not allow me to complete the order. When I went into the store for help, I was told the online system was having issues and that I could just place the order in person instead. When I got to the register, I was told they would not honor my reward because the order was not placed online. Had I known that beforehand, I would not have placed the order at all. Since the issue was with the system and they know about the issue, I expected a little more understanding or accommodation.The overall customer service experience felt unfriendly and dismissive, especially considering the circumstances.
