We have been to this restaurant many times because it’s our favorite place for pizza, which made this experience even more disappointing.
On July 25, 2026, around 1:30 p.m., we walked up to the counter to place our order. The young man working the register was incredibly cocky, dismissive, and rude from the moment we approached.
While ordering, I asked where the toppings for the pizza were listed. Instead of simply answering the question, he responded with obvious sarcasm, saying, “Right under the description of the pizza you just ordered—a whole paragraph full of toppings.” I chose not to respond and let it go.
The poor attitude continued. My husband went to place his metal tray in what appeared to be a return bin, and the employee abruptly said, “Leave it on the table.” My husband stopped, unsure what he meant, and the employee then sarcastically asked, “You gonna put that somewhere?” My husband replied, “No, I’m just going to stand here.” Only then did the employee change his tone and say more politely, “You can just leave it on the table.”
There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. We have always enjoyed coming here, but this employee’s attitude completely overshadowed the experience. He either needs significant customer service training or should not be working in a customer-facing position. Rudeness, sarcasm, and disrespect are unacceptable, especially toward loyal customers. I sincerely hope management addresses this because one employee should not be allowed to damage the reputation of an otherwise excellent restaurant.
