  I honestly used to love Papa John’s, but lately the service has been terrible. The customer service is disappointing, and it seems like they don’t pay attention to even the simplest instructions. I specifically ordered my pizza with no pepperoni, yet when I got home, I found pepperoni stuffed all through the crust. This is not a minor mistake for me. Because of my religious beliefs, I am not supposed to eat pepperoni. I trusted that my order would be prepared correctly, and instead I was given something I cannot eat. It is incredibly frustrating to spend money on food, drive home, and then discover that my order was completely wrong. I am very upset and disappointed by the lack of care and attention to customers’ requests. If a restaurant cannot follow clear instructions, especially when they may involve religious or dietary restrictions, that is unacceptable. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Papa John’s, and I will not be ordering from them again.

  I place an order for delivery here and was extremely disappointed by the food. The delivery person was very nice and the food came hot and pretty quickly. However, I found a long strand of hair baked into my pizza. I called the location and was offered a credit and I requested my money back not a store credit. Upon arriving at the store, out of the five employees that watched me enter not one greeted me and the store and parking lot were completely empty. The sixth employee, I assume was management, came from the back area and greeted me and she was polite. I immediately saw a male employee with long hair and no hair net for him or anyone else in the prep area. Needless to say I will not spend my money here again.

  Just parked there going to another business. Haven't eaten Papa John's pizza since disappointed reports surrounding President/CEO from YEARS ago....plus garlic butter sauce was too much for my GI system....always got sick afterwards. Just decided to protect my gut health and stopped eating Papa John's food nationwide.
