  Here’s a stronger, more polished version that still stays policy-safe and credible: I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this experience honestly left me extremely disappointed and upset. I had ordered delivery from this Panera Bread location while I was very sick with what felt like a cold or flu. I had body aches, could barely move, and was hoping for a warm meal that would at least make me feel a little better. I ordered the “You Pick Two” deal and specifically got the chicken noodle soup. What I received was honestly unacceptable. The bowl was mostly broth with barely any chicken, noodles, or vegetables inside. For the price difference between a bowl and a cup, I expected an actual full serving, not what looked like an almost empty, salty bowl of soup. It genuinely felt like I paid for something I did not receive. The salad was okay, but because I was in so much pain and feeling extremely sick, I could barely even eat or open anything. The soup was the main thing I was relying on, and it was incredibly disappointing. I did call the location afterward, and while they apologized, nothing was actually resolved. I was told I would receive an email within 5–7 days regarding my complaint and refund request. My order was placed on 5/06/26 at 6:38 p.m., and since then I have received absolutely nothing — no follow-up, no refund, no resolution, and no further apology. What upsets me the most is not just the poor quality of the food, but the lack of care afterward. I felt completely ignored as a paying customer, especially while already feeling miserable and sick. I wasted money on food that did not meet basic expectations, and the customer service afterward made the experience even worse. For the prices Panera charges, customers deserve better quality control, better communication, and better follow-through when there is a problem.

  My friend and I walked in and was immediately told by the staff that the water was busted, so everything being made had to be a to-go order due to no clean dishes. I said that was fine and asked if they bread bowls, which was the ONLY reason I went in. The lady at the register said yes so we ordered 2 soups in 2 bread bowls with 2 drinks. My total was almost 30 dollars, only for them to call my name to get my order and the gut behind the counter said they had no bread bowls. I told him I specifically came in that day just to get a bread bowl and I asked the lady at the front if she had them and she said yes. He said "oh she doesn't know anything. They just stuck her at the front. We don't have any". I told him I specifically came in because I wanted my soup and a bread bowl and all he did was offer me extra bread in my bag. When I opened my order it was literally two small cups of soup and a bunch of cut pieces of baguettes thrown in the bag. I went back up to the register to ask for a refund because that is not what I wanted and the line was so long and it was taking an incredibly long amount of time that I just walked out. Very disappointed with my experience.

  We drive further to come to this location because it is much better than the Cordova location. The staff are very friendly, the service is fast, and they have a great selection of bagels, fresh bread, etc. We like to eat breakfast here and they make amazing avocado toast, using plenty of avocado. They even have a selection of tea bags to use with their hot water. We're sip club members, and they have a wide selection of drinks and multiple milk choices for your coffee and tea. The atmosphere is nice. They have a fireplace that is perfect on cold days. And the restaurant is very clean. I highly recommend choosing this location!
