  I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese BISCUIT and upsided the coffee. They were out of large cups so I only got a medium after paying for large. On top of that I received a sausage MCMUFFIN and not a biscuit. I was very disappointed in this visit. The staff was friendly and that is the only pleasant experience today.

  They were to slow getting orders out to customers. Long lines in the drive thru and too many people waiting on food inside. Need more men in the kitchen.

  Everytime I go, regardless of mobile order or paying in line, they pull you up to the door, in front of the building, up to a parking space, anywhere they can to make their drive times look good. I got so fed up tonight after waiting 15 minutes outside for a single spicy chicken, i went inside to ask what was going on. Then had the nerve to get an attitude with me saying "i was going to bring it out to you." If you don't have the speed to move the line, you especially don't have the speed to be pulling multiple cars forward just to make your metrics look good. If I wanted curbside I would've picked it when I placed the order.

  Seen one person delivering food touching the inside of the bag with his bare hands, got to sent to a park and wait lane i seen different people come out with my kids food and my food four different times after I was told to pull in a parking space after seven cars a head were already waiting i pulled off to the side was told by an employee it doesnt matter which parking spot. I went in demanded a refund and a employee whom I wasnt speaking to called herself interjecting in the conversation I was having with the manager and tried to act like she going to bully me into taking the food and proving her point. I remained calm and did a review on my receipt and now on Google. Also previously they have served up cold fries I can tell this location has losted alot of business.
