  This location is a hot mess. They were out of the vinegarette dressing, lettuce was turning brown, and 85% of the employees did not have a great attitude. I will not visit this location again!

  You can't even call into the store to speak with a human at that location. If you call the number listed on Google then you get greeted by an AI assistant and the routed to 3rd party customer service center. This is why chain stores are losing clientel.

  I've read some terrible reviews about this place, but thought I'd try it out myself. The place seemed clean to me. The young lady that took my order was polite and respectful. I took my food home to eat and it was delicious. Service was way better than most places I've eaten. Will be back.

  It's unfortunate that this location just opened up recently and I have to agree with the other one star reviews. I definitely want me going back to this location anytime soon which is sad because it's the closest to my home. On two separate occasions and both the night shift and the morning shift they did not have the Chipotle lime chips which I ordered online from the app that cost more. Both times I was given an excuse referring to production ie The morning crew is not doing anything. To have a brand new item that you're promoting Not be available At the end of night is one thing, in the morning when you've had ample time to restock and still can't produce is unacceptable. Also at one of the night time attempts to patron them they were out of guacamole one of their staples.

  This location accepted and took payment for an order they didn’t have the inventory to complete. When I asked how long the wait would be, they said they wouldn’t make any more that day, despite that it was only 7PM. When I asked for a refund from their fraudulent business, they said it could only be done on the Chipotle application. The app is run by an AI agent that wasn’t programmed to understand the nuance of these workers’ incompetency, and could not provide a solution. When I asked for a manager, one lady said she would get one, but they didn’t come for 20 minutes. Judging by the average intellect and apathy displayed by the staff at this location, the botched order likely prevented me from getting food poisoning. So there’s a silver lining there.
