This is, without question, the worst Chipotle location I have visited. I understand that restaurants can occasionally run out of certain items during peak hours, but arriving at 8 PM when the restaurant does not close until 11 PM and finding that they were out of every meat except Chipotle Honey Chicken, had only brown rice, and had no black beans is completely unacceptable.
We also observed the drive-thru being served from the same food supply while customers inside were left with extremely limited options. At one point, an employee asked a coworker whether there was any chicken available. The coworker did not respond, so my husband had to ask directly, and we were met with nothing more than a head shake indicating no.
The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. This is not simply an issue of a restaurant being busy; it reflects a serious problem with inventory management, staffing, training, and customer service.
What is even more frustrating is that this location has an excessive number of one-star reviews describing very similar experiences. At some point, the consistency of these complaints should indicate that the problem is systemic and needs to be addressed by management.
This location is convenient for me, but convenience is no longer enough to justify returning. I would rather drive farther to another location and receive the food I actually ordered and the level of customer service that should be expected from a national restaurant chain. Management needs to take these repeated complaints seriously and make substantial improvements.
This HAS to be the WORST location in the city. For starters, they never have anything you want on the line. Do you like fajita veggies? Too bad… they don’t have any. Is steak your favorite protein of choice? TOO BAD. They don’t have that either and any time they do it’s salty. Everything is salty here. The guacamole is inedible due to the amount of salt that put in it. It’s really a shame. None of the employees seem to be doing their job. A lot of standing around and looking at nothing. No wonder there’s nothing fresh on the line.

I placed an order through my Chipotle app to have it delivered to my home. I received my order, the guac appears old & brown, I have little to no meat on the bowl, with a terrible taste as well. I literally received just a rice and bean bowl with a pinch of toppings. Overall just a waste of money. This location has given me multiple problems whether it’s take out or delivery. I was highly upset to know that my order would come from this location, instead of the Summer Ave store. This was a terrible addition to Bartlett.

have continued to give this Chipotle location a chance because it is convenient for me, but unfortunately, the food quality and service have been consistently disappointing.
The beans often look dry, the chicken lacks flavor and seasoning, and even the rice is frequently dry and under-seasoned. The vegetables are either dry, don’t look fresh, or are unavailable altogether. The guacamole and other toppings are also inconsistent. It is frustrating to come in wanting a good meal and find that several of the ingredients either don’t look appetizing or simply aren’t available.
I order chicken every time I visit Chipotle, and the chicken at this location consistently lacks the flavor and seasoning that I have come to expect from Chipotle. I have actually had to drive across town to other locations to receive better-quality food and service.
I was genuinely excited when this Chipotle opened in Bartlett because it was convenient for me, but unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite of what I expected. I have also spoken with other customers who have expressed similar concerns about the quality and consistency at this location.
I really want to enjoy Chipotle, and there are times when I am craving it, but I often choose not to go because I already know what my experience is likely to be. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and address the food preparation, seasoning, freshness, availability of ingredients, and overall consistency at this location.

This was the second time I showed up and they were out of things. no brown rice, no chicken this time. They were fighting about calling out that they were out of something. One said they did, twice. The other said something about yelling out a 3rd time. They didn't look surprised at all when I said I didn't want anything and left. I guess they are use to it at this point. There were lots of tables dirty which makes me wonder how often they are cleaning in the back if they can't bother cleaning where people can see...
I was really excited about getting a Chipotle close to the house as I go pretty often. I guess I'll stick to the on by work. Don't waste your time here unless you want to see employees bickering back and forth in front of you, eat on dirty tables, and not have the items you want to eat.
