  Dirty store, unfriendly and unprofessional staff, they were out of chicken 3 hours before the store closed and tried to discourage me from ordering chicken so he wouldn’t have to make more, then told me it would be 5 minutes. I said I would wait. I waited 5 minutes and he fixed my 2 kids tacos and someone else’s meal that came in behind me and I had me wait another 30 minutes for chicken for my bowl while my kids meals became cold and gross. They scanned my coupon and said it didn’t Work, then rang up someone else then mysteriously my coupon would no longer apply online like it had been used which it was showing it would work online before scanning it. Staff was flat out rude. The cashier was looking at people in the store and holding her nose and waving her hand like something smelled bad. Then handling food orders without washing her hands. No one there greets customers or says thank you. The man serving food was slapping the serving spoon down and had food going everywhere and splashing into other bins of food. Rather than get fresh romaine he reached into obviously bad wilted remnants of lettuce in an empty container to put in my bowl. I will never go back. No wonder they have 2 star review. This is pitiful chipotle! Get it together.

  This is a chipotle you literally have to sit and watch them make your food because if you don’t they will cheat your proportions. SUMMER AVE WILL NEVER. My bowl looks like a kids meal and MIND YOU it was DoorDash so I paid EXTRA. I will never be shopping here again. I’m sticking to the one on Summer.

  This place was awful!!! They haven't been open long and it's already time for them to close down. The girl said they were out of spinach for my veggie bowl. I said it's there any in the back? She went to the back to get spinach. She didn't want to. I wonder why she bothered going to work today if she didn't want to be there. This was my first and last visit to the Bartlett location. Please don't go there if you can help it. You will be greatly disappointed.

  We went to the location at Kirby whitten and stage Rd...it smelled amazing as we walked in. A staff member opened the door for me, I'm disabled so that was very thoughtful. We made them aware it was our first time at a Chipotle and the asked if we wanted a sample of the meat to help us make a descesion. The food was great and fresh. Will definitely be back

  Every time I’ve tried too go too this chipotle, because it’s close too home, it’s always a disappointment and irritation. Everyone’s attitude is horrible, they pick and choose when they want too have good customer service and they barely do ! We went tonight too get our order “FOR:NIJAH” and the guy wouldn’t give us our food because it “wasn’t in Nijah’s name.” Were confused because our phone says “for:Nijah” it took us about 10 minutes before we got our food and when it was handed to my Fiancée he says “it wasn’t under Nijah” and walks away. This Chipotle really needs to get it together, it’s so convenient for home, yet we have too drive further away because we don’t want horrible service and skimpy food.
