- GFGeorge FloydMay 10, 20262.0I walked into this establishment not to long ago and as soon as I walk in I hear two young women yelling at these other workers trying to help customers and I heard a “jemya stop yelling” from one of the helpful employees, and it made the overall experience worse then my uneventful life already is, my wife has already complained about how some workers need better training (anger management classes) or just need to straight up be fired. The ice cream was good, I really like birthday cake/mint chocolate milkshakes from here.

Staff is attentive but not overly friendly. Like they were there to do a good job but nothing extra. Would help is the vibe was more positive. Restaurant was clean, but small seating area.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
