  I’ve been to dozens of 7 brews across the country and this has by far been the best!!😍 I was helped by an amazing young man by the name of BRADEN who recommended me a delicious Lemon Freeze!🍋 He was so kind and such a joy to talk to during the very short wait!!!😌 I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Wow! I don’t think I have ever experienced such great customer service in my life. Kayleigh was the most accommodating employee I have ever had in the “fast food” industry. Her warm character was so evident in how inviting she was. I will definitely be coming back because of her.

  7 Brew has a really great drive-through and amazing service. Their staff are super friendly! A worker named Braden was especially kind and friendly, and he suggested the best drink ever. I highly recommend the cereal milk matcha latte with cold foam if you’re a big fan of matcha. Absolutely love this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  I went earlier this week and I was welcomed by this amazing gentleman named Braden. I told him I wanted to try something new and he recommended me to try the cereal milk matcha latte with white chocolate drizzle and cold foam. He gave me the drink and made sure I tried it to see if I liked. It tasted amazing and I loved it.

  Upon arriving today on 5/12/26 @12:40pm I pulled up in the left lane the young lady rudely came out and said move over to the right lane I moved to the right lane waited for my order to be taken. A young guy took my order super sweet by the way I paid and tipped him. Now fast forward I get my drink and it’s not what I ordered. I expressed that to one of the other young ladies and she asked what was wrong I told her 3x what I wanted THATS When the girl with the pony tail walked up like she was agitated keep in mind this the same one that approached my car rudely when I first arrived . I told her that the drink looked different from what I usually get. She then started moving her hand and rolling her neck and that’s when I asked for her name being to her being so rude she refused to give me her name and told me she didn’t care and walked off . I say that to say does this company have policies set in place for customer service ??? I will be making everyone aware of the lady here and to avoid this place if she is still there!
