  I had the worst experience on 7 brews on today I usually love the way that they help you out with your drinks but on today a young color lady her services was so bad that she didn’t even tell me how much it was or anything. She didn’t even want to leave where she was standing. One thing is that if you didn’t want to work or even do anything please call in or look for another type of job because if your going to be like I don’t give a dam don’t even work on this type of places.

  Honestly a little disappointed in this location recently. It use to be great and employees were very friendly and easy to talk to and never had issues with my orders. Unfortunately, these last couple of times I have been, the customer service has not been the best and I am constantly having issues with my order. Not all of the employees are like this but the past few I have encountered were very unwelcoming. I don’t expect employees to be happy and cheery all the time, we are human and we have our days. But it just feels as though these past few times, the atmosphere gets more and more depressing. My order continuously comes out wrong and I’d just rather take the order and go because I am too nervous to explain that my drink is wrong. Not looking to get anyone in trouble but I do hope things get better as this was my go to place for my morning/afternoon drink.

  I have been coming by recently bc of people I know at this particular one. I will say that the entire crew is so lovely! I’ve met so many people there but one in particular whose name Ollie! She was so sweet and high energy and very helpful too! Not to mention my drink was WONDERFULLLL 5 out of 5 if I could rate a ten I would!

  I had the best experience visiting this location the other day! 10/10 drinks, but most especially the hospitality i received! Mady R. is the brightest, most genuine, sweetest girl ever! Off the bat, she greeted me with the brightest smile and highest energy. She made an effort to make conversations and play with my kids while we waited on our drinks, and overall just completely brightened my day! I will be asking for her everytime i visit! This girl deserves a raise! Mady if you see this, thank you! ❤️☺️

  I literally have been having bad days here as of lately. It’s not the drinks, not even the wait, but it’s the staffing. KAYLA was very very very rude towards me this morning. As I’m pulling up, the assumed I was about to hit the car in front of me due to me moving as they were moving. She then proceeded to say “it’s not that serious for some coffee.” I asked, “excuse me?” She then proceeded to take my money from my hand and call for the manager at the time. I’m not sure what was her issue on HOW she approached me. But she could’ve came to me a little bit better than the nasty way she did. Her attitude definitely needs to be adjusted if she’s working in customer service. Not sure why but I come to this location a lot and it took one person to mess that up.
