  Ordered a double smasher with bacon and added jalapeños. Got home, no bacon or jalapeños. So, the extra I paid was a waste. How hard is it to read a screen and make a simply burger?

  Bought a foot long chilli cheese hot dog, the hot dog itself had absolutely no flavor and was like rubber and it took like 15 minutes to get my food

  They just always take FOREVER. I can’t even go here before work because they always make me late. Overall it’s not a bad spot but they’ve gotta work on their speed.

  Every time I come here the employees are playing inside or outside with the other customers. Every time my order is incorrect or not completely in the bag. This time I dropped in to grab something quick to drink Route 44. The machine I was at the touchscreen wouldn't work so i wasn't able to leave a tip. I waited 5-10 mins for a drink then when the girl brought it out she gave me the smallest straw as she laughed walking away. I requested for a bigger they said they were bringing it never came. Called again and the person behind the mic said their out after I'd seen other customers getting the straw.
