  They just always take FOREVER. I can’t even go here before work because they always make me late. Overall it’s not a bad spot but they’ve gotta work on their speed.

  Every time I come here the employees are playing inside or outside with the other customers. Every time my order is incorrect or not completely in the bag. This time I dropped in to grab something quick to drink Route 44. The machine I was at the touchscreen wouldn't work so i wasn't able to leave a tip. I waited 5-10 mins for a drink then when the girl brought it out she gave me the smallest straw as she laughed walking away. I requested for a bigger they said they were bringing it never came. Called again and the person behind the mic said their out after I'd seen other customers getting the straw.

  Headed to an outdoor event. Ordered two large Citrus berry refreshers to take with us.. 15 minutes later I had to reorder. Apologies were made and within a few minutes drinks arrived. Left because we were in a rush. First sip at the red light. BLAAAH !! Both were just soda water ! Almost made me choke. Too late to turn around. Out 10 bucks cause I tip cash. Such a bummer. Slow down Sonic and get it right. Cause dam !
