  DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH FROM THEM. They refuses to put any sauces and now straws. And food feels old

  Doesn’t even deserve 1 star…..ABYSMAL experience. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, yet our entire order was incorrect……we have severe food allergies. Highly disappointing. Staff are a bunch of kids who are more concerned with gossiping and yukking it up then paying attention to what they’re doing. And this is not the first time that we have been there and this has happened. Same experience, different day. Management is clearly not overseeing this place. And let’s not get into the fact that when we gave up on the food and opted for ice cream, the girl at the cash register , “Breonna”, literally continued to do anything but make eye contact with me or acknowledge my presence when I was standing 2 inches in front of her. She had the personality of a wet mop. HORRIBLE service. Never again

  This was one of the worst experiences ever and it probably one of the simplest orders. We ordered 2 shakes 1 vanilla 1 chocolate both no whipped cream and they pull us up after paying. We waited about 20 minutes for a couple shakes. Then they were wrong. Both chocolate with whipped cream. Didn’t even look like they blended them. This was about 930/940 and who ever them 2 girls were on drive thru were very rude. And before y’all say anything about not knowing the “struggles” of fast food I work at the wendys across from y’all so yeah. It’s not that hard to get orders out especially 2 shakes.

  I stopped by this location to get a cake for a birthday party. After looking at the cakes and picking one out I proceeded to the counter and asked if the staff if they could write happy birthday on the cake. The woman behind the counter said she had to ask someone else as she didn't know. This person had such an attitude like it was so much of a chore to inscribe the cake. Two workers were in the lobby sitting at the tables. Just an overall terrible experience. Do better Atoka DQ!
