  Food is typically messed up one way or another but the service that's what need fixed badly here everyone is slow and unbothered. Over half an hour for drinks is crazy

  We placed an order and then maybe 5 minutes after we checked in the employees had pizza delivered… we waited 25 minutes for 2 corn dogs and a 4pc mozzarella because they decided to eat their pizza instead of doing their job. We were the only customer there for at least the first 10min after checking in. And we had ordered drinks an hour before we came back and I saw one employee eating a corn dog and drinking a drink while handling food. I wonder if the health department should make a visit to this location

  Are you all EVER planning to fix thr card reader?? Also, how stupid do you have to be to forget to put meat on a burger?

  I've been getting a lot of drinks that I add things to. I'm constantly having to tell them that it's missing something. Not even sure if they are even making it the right way the second time. They are bringing over filled drinks that are still not even offering napkins. I've had to start asking for no ice, because even when you ask for easy ice, it's still completely full.You take two sips, and your drink is finished. Please start paying attention to people's add ons for drinks if you are going to offer the options. When y'all make the drinks wrong and then get mad at the customer for mentioning it like, we're the ones who made our drink. Athens tennessee Sonic needs to do better.

  The service wasn't good. Slow and messed up order. After we asked for the order to be fixed they didn't come back. We had to go to the door to ask. The food was bad. Tasted burnt and old.
