  When they get slam pack seems they only have one car hopper today two still struggling when their is a lot people the manager needs to pitch in order mozzarella sticks and we have to pay for every sauce and they put nothing in the bag and still on hold just for marinara,should be one with each ur item been waiting on sauce and just got food after 25 mins sonic do better and get more help

  Not giving a sauce with a large Tator tot is ridiculous. I’ll not be back. Not only has it gotten slow but now I have to pay to dip my almost $4 old half the time tots. No thanks.

  Me and a coworker went there on break with over 25 minutes left, we ordered our food and wasn't told if there was going to be any wait time or anything, we spend the next 30 minutes waiting for our food without any word from the store. I tried going up to the front door but was not attended to for another minute or so. A server came out and asked if I needed something and when I told her I was waiting on my food and that I didnt know what stall I was in, she raised her voice and yelled "what. Stall. Are. You. In" after telling her the stall I was in the manager walks right by me with my food then says something about if I was in my stall I wouldve gotten my food, over 30 minutes late btw, and I asked him if there anything he could do about his rude staff he said nope.

  Ordered online through Sonic, food was delivered by DoorDash. Part of the order was missing, called Sonic was told we had to go through DoorDash. DoorDash said since we went through Sonic and they have the payment info they have to do the refund for the missing food. Now Sonic is not answering. It really should not be this difficult.

  Sonic has steadily gone down hill...ordered from them last week...for 3 people...everything was old and cold...Will not go again...it was awful...I gave 1 star only because there is not a 0 star
