    I ordered a blizzard there’s no safety seal. It came half eaten with a straw I called and they said we have no protocol for that. What is that about?

    I am fine with DQ, always have been. I’m currently visiting Athens, TN. And I’ve never been to this specific Dairy Queen. I ordered with Kristina and she was a bit rude. I ordered a mini chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. When I received it I hardly saw any chocolate chips. I saw exactly 3 tiny chips. Back home they put many chocolate chips enough to visibly see them without having to search for them. This being my first time at this particular one, I didn’t know DQs were extremely different with their product. It seemed like a hassle to ask for more chocolate chips. She could have just said “here you go” and that would be the end. But she seems annoyed, rude, said I should have asked for extra chocolate chips when I ordered. But how was I supposed to know if I’ve never been here. On the receipt it just says “cookie dough” so I originally thought I didn’t see chocolate chips bc she’d misheard my order or something. I think had she just said “here’s more chips” things would be fine but her attitude was ridiculous and uncalled for.

    They were busy inside and drive thru. But all employees had a great spirit. And they handle it better then I would of did.

    The workers behind the counter making deserts were very rude and not helpful at all, the gal taking orders just started and nobody helped her to do the register and when she asked questions they acted like it was a crime I will not be going to the Athens one ever again

    This place is amazing. Val gave excellent customer service from start to finish with the perfect and genuine attitude. I will aways stop in when I'm in town. 💯
