  The lady at the windows handed out a bag to the car in front of me. They rummage through it and handed it back to her. She sat that bag in the windows and then gave them the correct bag. Then she handed that bag to me! The open potato cakes were obviously handled. Gross @

  Arby’s is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant so I’m so disappointed to have to be making this review. The last three times that my family has ate at this establishment, we have been dissatisfied due to the complete lack of customer service. Not only is this restaurant the slowest fast food restaurant in the area, but many of the staff act like you are a burden for even ordering food with them. Today was enough. We were in the drive through line for a very long time, waiting 11 minutes (I started to time how long we were waiting) despite only having one car ahead of us. The guy in front of us yelled back to let us know that Arby’s was making him wait to take his order and that it wasn’t him and he was sorry about the wait (we had our window open too - really nice guy). When we finally made it to the speaker to place our order, the lady taking our order was beyond rude. My husband was trying to order and she just kept trying to close the order and would huff and puff over the intercom as he tried to continue to order for our family of 5. It finally became too much to ignore and we politely informed them that we would take our money to an establishment that wasn’t irritated that we were supporting them. We will not be back.

  This was the best Arby's I have ever been to. Service was exceptional, the food was fantastic, and the inside was very clean. I wish my local Arby's was as good as this location.

  Inside the store and their excuse was always been busy it's not hard to keep your lobby clean even when you're busy you got to have spots for people to sit down we literally cleaned our own table off so we can sit down and eat
