  Id tell ya how the food is but it still aint came out yet. After reading all the latest reviews, speed has been a problem for awhile. Just close this place down already

  The chicken strips were very small and hard and the tots were cooked too long and were crunchy. Stawberry limpid had no slices of strawberries in the bottom like normal. But, the chili cheese fries were good, the popcorn chicken was great, and 2 specialty burgers were great and the shake was great.

  Can never get anything right, always the slowest service even if there not busy which they rarely are cause they cant even hire enough people for a shift. If you ask me they should’ve shut this place down a long time ago.

  I looked at the time from our ticket to the time when we received the last of our food and drink and it was 50 minutes exactly. I probably would have driven away but I had paid via card and didn't want to waste the money we spent, so felt held hostage to stick it out and keep asking and waiting. Even before we ordered, we spent minutes pressing the red button before the light would go off and we would try again. We finally flagged down a waitress though that took a bit. In total it was exactly an hour between pulling up and getting our entire order. That's the longest wait time I've ever had at any "fast food" location ever. Honestly, that's too long of a wait time even for a sit-down restaurant. Crazy.

  Ordered ahead online. After waiting for 20 minutes beyond my pickup time I called on the phone and they said they did not have an order for me. Still waiting for my refund. My card is under my first name 'Arvin". Guess that's what that placed the order under. No one has time to drive 20 miles roundtrip for nothing.
