    I haven't been to a Whataburger since I moved from Texas. While traveling to Memphis, TN to take my Aunt to a doctor's appointment, we noticed a Whataburger on a exit sign and was shocked. So, we stopped by after the appointment and now we make it a point to go every time we're in Memphis.

    They don’t greet you as you walk in. They aren’t interested in serving you, they want you to order off the kiosk. Bring the food to you but don’t talk. Several were hustling hanging with friends/customers while working and a young girl was just on the phone while working. They also take a long time to bring food. Food taste fine but horrible service.

    30 minutes in the drive thru, only 2 cars, and they still got the order wrong.

    I went thru the drive thru it took 20 minutes to get my food had a combo order no fries I go back in to ask for my fries this young lady in the back asks why is she looking like that ( because I am tired just getting off work and have set there 20 minutes) and the food was still cold but thanks to the other young lady that kept it professional all I wanted was my fries not the smart comment

    Absolutely the worst experience today. I work not even a block away from this restaurant. Normally experience is good. Food was ready to 10 mins. Did the online delivery always had a good experience. Today was terrible whoever the girl that is the manage she has a attitude problem man. It was nice girl answered at first and she knew I was upset but she tried but you can here old girl the manager when she asked has this order been picked up. I explained that my food will be cold, being in food service I would have at least gave them something if I worked there but lo.g story short the franchise gave a refund and some points but little woman need some training.
