  Worse Taco bell in existence. 45 minutes in the drive-thru at Taco Bell in Arlington, TN. 45 MINUTES. At that point, I wasn't ordering Taco Bell—I was applying for residency. I genuinely thought they were growing the ingredients from scratch in the parking lot. 😂 I understand being busy, but a 45-minute drive-thru wait is ridiculous. Fast food should probably involve at least a little bit of the fast part. By the time I finally got my food, I had aged enough to qualify for the senior discount. Hopefully they can figure out what’s going on, because this was painfully slow.

  ts actually sucks. first i wait 30 MINUTES to even get my order placed just for them to tell me they’re NOT taking orders??!!! when i went through again and placed an online order it took them 45 MINUTES to even get the food DONE!!! this place is the absolute worst and i DO NOT recommend- terrible customer service.

  This is one of the worst Taco Bells I have visited. They are constantly plagued by staffing issues. The drive thru takes priority ove online orders. I waited over 45 minutes for an online order and had to cancel it. The restaurant can't refund online orders if you cancel it; you have to contact someone else to get a refund.

  What happened to this location used to come it would take 5 minutes in the drive through food was fresh and they filled up the tacos from one side to the other with ground beef. Now tacos have hardly any ground beef it took me an hour to get through a drive thru with 5 cars and they lady didn’t even ask for my card I handed it to her after she said have a good night I shouldn’t of for this sorry excuse of a Taco Bell it was a sign. Can’t wait for the Oakland one to open this Taco Bell has gone to sh!t

  This was the most ridiculous experience I have had in a long time. Got there around 8:20 on Friday night. 5 cars were in front of me. It took 45 minutes to get my food. I understand being short staffed and behind, but 45 minutes for Taco Bell is insane. I would have left, but the drive through has no way to get out. Worst part was there was absolutely zero apology. The guy speaking to customers was not a manager. If I were a manager I would be apologizing to every guest for an experience like that. I would be buying food and giving gift certificates for next time. Obviously this is not something that management thinks is a problem. They are totally ok with people waiting that long for tacos. The only reason for the 2 stars is the food was hot and tasty. Whoever is a regional here needs to spend some time in this store and help them with efficiency.
