  I ordered a large tea with ice via the app. When I received the tea, the ice was melted. I ordered some ice at the stall. When they brought it out they told it would be .82 cents. I told the young man that I didn’t think I should have to pay for the ice since there wasn’t any in my tea. He said no he put the ice in the tea. By the time it reached my hand, all of the ice he said he put in it had melted. My problem is, I showed him that there wasn’t any ice in the cup, why go back and forth with a customer when clearly there is not any ice in the drink. At that point I requested a refund. $2.50 for a drink and you are expected to pay extra to get cold is Ridiculous!!!

  I let the first one go with messing up our banana pudding shakes and having to re order, but ordered the shake again and was given a regular banana shake. No graham crackers or any taste of a banana pudding shake only banana . I know it was busy but twice within a week- associates may need re training on simple tasks.

  Always awesome service here. Even when it is busy, the food comes out quick and correct consistently! Seems to be well managed.
