  Today’s visit is the last straw! I’m going to let my voice be heard wherever I can. I have placed several orders at this location over the years. They have messed up before and made it right. I have a toddler with a severe allergy and can’t have the red sauce. This time when I picked my order up, I asked them to put her special pizza on top so I could let it cool down by the time I got home. As the girl was handing it to me, I asked her was the parmesan pizza on top. She told me that it was. I started to drive off and opened the box. It was full of red sauce. I went in and was told it would be another 15mins( on top of the 40min order wait time) So 5-10mins later a guy handed me a box and said would you like a 2 liter for your troubles??? I mean seriously, you’re going to slap me in the face with that ridiculous offer??? I get out to the car and open up the box. The pizza isn’t even cooked, just warmed enough to make it soupy! So now I get home and have a crying toddler because she’s having to wait on me to cook her pizza!! I should have been home by 5:15 and now she’s not getting to eat till after 6.

  Every time I come to this Pizza Hut, it is a consistent pleasant experience. Nice and respectful customer service and all while you get amazing great greasy pizza.

  I'm new in the area so far I have pick up food twice here and it has been good. The employees at the moment that I have been there has been very nice.
