  I spent $13.49 for a SuperSonic Double Cheeseburger Combo, including a surcharge of $1 for an upgrade to a large tater tots and drink. What I received, as seen in the pictures, is a sloppily constructed cheeseburger that a five-year-old could have done a better job of putting together and half a container of tater tots, and given the container that it came in, one could argue that it wasn’t a large container to begin with. Had I checked this onsite, as opposed to opening it when I got home, I would’ve immediately requested the order be redone or a refund. This was absolutely unacceptable to the point that I went to their main site online to request to speak with corporate, THAT IS HOW DISPLEASED I AM WITH WHAT I RECEIVED.

  Most of the stalls don’t work and they don’t block them off! Hard to hear them over the crappy speaker

  NEVER GO TO THIS SONIC. The employees dont speak English...that is why the orders are never right. The food sucks.. i have complained go the GM..who was s around and rude.... doesn't care. Sweet tea is not sweet.. for over a year .something os wrong wit the tea machine and they will not fix it...Mexican on speaker asked me 3 times if I wanted a number 2 or 3...and I said number 10 EVERY time..i fi ally gave up and left..went to a different sonic..Great food and no problems...i have also confirmed the sweet tea issues with other locations ...
