For the last few weeks, my drink has been mostly foam instead of an actual beverage. I called last week and spoke with a great shift lead who recognized my order immediately and told me to request the drink stirred, not blended. Over the weekend, the team stirred it with no issue. Today, I ordered the same way and was suddenly told it “has to be blended” due to measurements. I explained that it had been stirred all weekend with no problem and that I simply didn’t want a cup full of foam. Instead of listening, I was told again it must be blended. I ended up canceling the order because I didn’t have time to argue. The inconsistency is frustrating. If it can be stirred on Saturday and Sunday, why is it against policy on Monday? It feels like blending is being used to create the illusion of a full cup while using less product. As a loyal daily customer, consistency matters.

No state had anything like that...((( I ask the woman: "Please make me a medium Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher, without ice." Why? Because I had a sore throat? But she says, "I'll make it smaller for you than usual." I ask, "Why?» She says, "Because the ice fills him." If she does it for me without ice, will that make any difference? I'm just in shock.
