  Waited 2 hours for a delivery just to call up there and find out that the driver apparently tried to call me ? She didn’t even knock on the door I have 3 large dogs I would have known if she knocked

  So been a few weeks since I left the review, but this is a review. I would love everybody to read. There is a manager that works at this location and his name is Chris. He is a very well spoken very kind very compassionate understanding gentleman something we don’t find and the food industry much anymore. I had an issue that really didn’t have anything to do with the store. It had more to do with the online making a mistake when I placed my order I called Chris. He of course asked me to try to deal with it first online and I did I called once they didn’t wanna do nothing then I called back and they offered me 10 points for my next order as you know if you have the point system for 10 points you can’t get nothing absolutely nothing so that’s what they were offering me and they also admitted that there was other glitches for the last couple days in the online system of ordering Domino’s regardless I called Chris back and he took care of me in a way. He did not have to do I don’t want to go into what he did for me, but he took care of me so I was 100,000% satisfied with the whole war deal even though it was not his responsibility. He still took on the role of fixing my order the way I ordered it now I tell you, you do not find very many places that will do that. It wasn’t the fact that he fixed my order alone. It was the fact that he took time consideration. He was very respectful, very understanding and sympathetic to what happened to me now keep in mind he doesn’t get paid to do all that he gets paid to make your food correctly you come pick it up on your way you go, but he took extra steps. The extra measures to make sure as a customer that I was completely satisfied so all the people that read my stuff if you’re in the area of Hamilton Church Pike at Domino’s I would advise you to go there and thank Chris an amazing guy go there and try their food today. It is amazing. It is done correctly. The whole staff there is always very polite compassionate when they answer the Phone very willing to help you anyway they can try the dominoes today on Hamilton Church Pike. I promise you you won’t wanna go any other way. They are one of the best made pizzas in the area and along with the best meat quality food you get the compassion and understanding of a business that really cares about the value of your food and the value of your time that you used to call in an order from their business go see Chris today he’s an amazing guy. He can get you anything you need to order and he can get it done right with a smile thank you Chris. I appreciate you, man. You’re an amazing guy. Congratulations on everything as we spoke on.   So their food is good except their Alfredo. It tastes like hot ranch sauce. Coming from a 9 month pregnant woman, that totally ruined my night 😐

  Busy dinner rush, my order got messed up (missing topping) they remade it and THEN unfortunately a delivery driver grabbed 2nd one by mistake. Had to re-make yet again! BUT for my inconvenience, I got my order FREE!! Made up for it. Very polite, caring staff. Great job!
