The food was really good and did not hurt my stomach as I ate it. I have been to really bad chipotles and this one does not come close to any of the bad ones I visited driving from Maryland to Texas. Honey chipotle chicken actually tasted how it supposed to taste. Lettuce was crisp. Sour cream tasted fresh. They really did a good job.

Front counter ran out of lettuce and was told it was going to take too long to prepare, sorry. I pleaded that I really wanted lettuce for my bowl, no, sorry. My wife's and kids white rice was severely undercooked. And my kids chips were not even crunchy, almost as if they weren't fried yet... Trash bins were overflowed and we had to leave our trash on top. The place is in dire need of a manager on staff that can keep employees on task. Otherwise, they just do the bare minimum or simply walk around the establishment and hide.
- TMTatanya MilanJun 26, 20261.0Went in today due to wanting to try chipotle again after 10 year’s, I wasn’t greeted at all and was there for a few minutes, while the workers stood at the counter and food bar. They looked at me, and started talking amongst themselves. As soon as another customer came in that wasn’t my color, a worker working the bar spoke to him immediately. Put in mind, she was one of the workers that looked dead at me and never asked me how could she help me. The bar area where they make the food was dirty, the ingredients looked old and it smelled like burnt beans. I turned around and walked out, and I did let them know how I was treated. I could have been an undercover boss or anything. They need to be retrained in every way. If I could give zero stars, I would. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
