I ordered a chicken sandwich, but the chicken was soggy instead of the usual crispy texture I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. I’ve been to several other locations where the chicken is consistently fresh and crispy, so this was definitely below their normal standards. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the staff refused to replace it when I brought the issue to their attention. I expected better food quality and customer service from Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, this location fell short on both.

The employees do not repeat back orders and will always look at you completely dazed. When you go to get your order remade you will be waiting for an excessive amount of time. In drive thru they value larger orders over anything else and slows down the entire pace for their store. Everything is out of structure, customer service is terrible whether it be from employees or the managers. This is not the kind of hospitality or service anyone should experience at a chick-fil-a out of all places that you could go to. You guys need to do better and get things in order whether it’s with your regular employees that you have or even anyone in management. Unacceptable…very unacceptable.

The girl working the drive-thru with the dark brown ponytail didn’t seem very friendly and never said “my pleasure” or really give the usual Chick-fil-A customer service. I asked for creamy salsa and honey roasted BBQ with my food, and she only gave me one of each without asking how many I needed. It just felt like she was being really stingy with the sauces for no reason. I know it’s a small thing, but Chick-fil-A is usually known for better service than this, so it definitely stood out.

Requests are ignored and mistakes don’t get fixed even after waiting. It really makes me question the management at this location. For a place that’s supposed to be reliable, this one feels shockingly unreliable.
