- BWBrian Williams2 days ago1.0Jorge the manager was very dismissive and ignored us when we brought to his attention the drink machine had no carbonation. Never addressed it and ignored us. Had to choose a drink we didn’t want. Jorge need training n customer service. Got one star bc no option to choose zero stars.

Norah, Maite, and Jesus were amazing—excellent customer service, fast and efficient, and they took the time to break down the ingredients and explain everything to me. I really appreciated their help and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
