  Overcharged $40.00. Manager voided the ticket and issued a refund. Never happened. No refund coming. Store says talk to corporate and corporate says talk to store. Store owner won't even talk to me. Huge rip off. Avoid.

  They need to fix the lids. They put on their drinks because this is the second time a drink has exploded when I barely picked it up, spelling all over my car and myself. I am never shopping at this establishment again they’ve lost my business the business of my family and all my friends you need to do better and take time to serve your food correctly.

  I love sonic slushies they are great but the cream slushes are to die for. They were extremely busy when I went and I waited 10 minutes for the perfect creamy goodness. And I will definitely be back. I Don't care about the wait, especially when they are SO busy. ( I can see why) but just try to slow down on the head set from one fast food employee to another. 😁🫶

  The bacon was burnt the burger was really overcooked there was barely and chilli on the hotdogs.

  Slow, Rude, Cold food! I politely explained my order was messed up and they were unwilling to fix my order nor give me a refund. I will never go back. Your evening guy manager is MEAN and this Sonic sucks!!
