  Employees were running around in the kitchen, goofing off, playing around. I stood just trying to get sauce for about 5 minutes, got stared at by several different employees whom turned away and continued to ignore me, before who I'm guessing is a manager finally came to the counter. Fries were cold and rubbery when we got them.

  If I could -10 stars I would! The service at this place is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I typically don’t order really late or close to their closing time but this one time I didnt have any choice because I couldnt get there any sooner. I put in a mobile order at 10:46pm and they close at 11pm. I pulled up to the drive through speaker at 10:48pm but didnt actually get to the speaker until 11:54pm because they made sure to take their sweet time (over 7 minutes on one person) so no new orders could be taken. I said hello 6 times got no response. Drove up to the window and they said my money would be refunded in 48 hours because they didnt click the button on the order. If these people dont want to work until their actual closing time then maybe they should be on a different line of work. Every single time I come to this McDonald’s, All of the workers look and act completely miserable. If they hate their job so much, maybe they should go work somewhere else.

  Thos was the best McDonald's experience I've had, not being satire at all. Genuinely, the staff was excited, singing, bouncing, happy, and full of life. The food was amazing as well. This was great, me and my partner loved it so much!!
