  This is the second time we've gotten a mobile order and when I get there, they tell me they've ran out of damn near everything in their inventory. How do you run out of taco meat AT TACO BELL?? And of course, items were missing from my order!

  Their “Open Late” sign is intentionally misleading. They never have a set schedule for when they close. I work late nights, and MANY MANY times I’ve tried to drive thru, only to either be told that they’re closed for some excuse or another, OR there will just be no one there. I’m sick of it being a coin toss every time. Management needs to implement a standard procedure, where, once they close, promptly turn off lights and menu signs, or maybe even have an old school “open” sign they can turn off and on.

  Absolutely zero customer interaction, nobody ackowledges you exist. They don't care whatsoever about anything. They walked around avoiding every customer standing at the front with orders messed up. They also locked the doors so nobody else could come inside. Middle of the day on a Saturday... 2:20pm.... What? It's like they don't want any customers. Definitely needs more attentive management.

  Waited for food for over 15 minutes in line then got told that we had to pull around waited their for 20 minutes for one thing when we got our food it was cold and the wrappers are wet so they just fall apart.The dinning room was closed so we couldn’t get anyone’s attention to ask about our food. The phone also was not working so you could not call either. It wouldn’t be so bad if when we got the food it wasn’t cold.

  We literally JUST doordashed from here and 80% of our food is just... MISSING. They are out of lettuce and failed to communicate that so our soft tacos are just meat and cheese. We ordered a burrito, two cheesy roll ups, beans, and we received none of it. All we got was our potatoes, a chalupa, and two soft tacos without lettuce. We tried to call the store but as soon as we call, it is immediate voice mail.
